At SeoulGlow, we strive to ensure that your skincare products are delivered safely and efficiently. Below you’ll find our full shipping policy including international availability, customs responsibilities, and other important shipping details.

1. Shipping Availability

  • We currently ship to: The United Kingdom (UK) and selected European countries.

  • We do not ship to: P.O. Boxes, British Overseas Territories, or countries outside Europe.

2. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

3. Shipping Costs and Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Estimated delivery times:

  • UK: 2–4 business days

  • Europe: 4–9 business days

Free shipping may be offered for qualifying orders (e.g., orders above £50 in the UK).

4. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

If you are ordering from outside the UK (e.g., the EU), your package may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties upon arrival. These fees are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Important: We will not accept returns or provide refunds for orders rejected or returned due to unpaid duties.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

  • Please make sure your delivery address is complete and accurate.

  • Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address will incur additional shipping charges for redelivery.

  • Shipping fees for returned packages are non-refundable.

6. Lost or Missing Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within 30 days of the shipping date, please contact us. We will either:

  • Reship your order at no additional cost, or

  • Provide a full refund.

Claims for missing packages must be submitted within 40 days of dispatch.

7. Weight Limits

Orders exceeding 2 kg may be split into multiple shipments. You’ll be notified if this applies to your order.

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or change this shipping policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
