Refund Policy – SeoulGlow

SeoulGlow can only accept returns for items purchased directly through www.seoulglow.co.uk. If you purchased our products from a third-party retailer, please contact them directly regarding your return or refund.

If you would like to return an item, it must be in its original packaging, unopened, and unused, and returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Once received, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment.

Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Items purchased on sale or promotion may not be eligible for return. This will be noted at checkout.

1. Received a Wrong or Defective Item?

If you have received the wrong product or a damaged/defective item, please contact us at info@seoulglow.co.uk as soon as possible.

To speed up the process, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photo(s) of the received item(s) and packaging

We will investigate and offer a suitable solution, such as a replacement or refund.

2. Taxes and Refunds for EU Orders

Taxes or duties included in your EU order may not be refundable. However, if your refund is due to a product issue, we will process it accordingly. In partial refunds, we will refund only the product amount, and taxes may not be included.

We appreciate your understanding.

Important Notes

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs and for ensuring the item is returned safely. We do not provide return shipping labels.

  • Partial order cancellations are not possible.

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received at our distribution center.

  • Our return policy is subject to change at any time without prior notice.
