SeoulGlow can only accept returns for items purchased directly through www.seoulglow.co.uk. If you purchased our products from a third-party retailer, please contact them directly regarding your return or refund.
If you would like to return an item, it must be in its original packaging, unopened, and unused, and returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Once received, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment.

We will investigate and offer a suitable solution, such as a replacement or refund.
Taxes or duties included in your EU order may not be refundable. However, if your refund is due to a product issue, we will process it accordingly. In partial refunds, we will refund only the product amount, and taxes may not be included.
